Humana will launch the Get Moving Challenge, a 30-day fitness and nutrition program, on September 1.
The goal of the program, executed by My Well-Being Powered by Humana (mywell-being.com), is to encourage participants to make exercise and eating right a part of their everyday lives. The challenge will help kick-start a healthier lifestyle with activities and tips that make it easier, simpler and more fun. During the four-week program, participants will have access to several resources including:
- 10-minute exercise videos from fitness expert Kori McBride
- healthy recipes
- step-by-step exercises and wellness tips
Participants also will receive a personalized online dashboard with day-by-day challenges and a progress tracker to mark their performance. Challenges can be received via email as a helpful reminder for those with hectic schedules.
Participants can also interact with other users, sharing on social media and interacting with McBride.
While the Get Moving Challenge launches September 1, participants can join the challenge at any time at mywell-being.com/GetMovingChallenge.
