Helping high-risk members stay healthy at home

Jane F. underwent a double lung transplant 18 months ago — a procedure she says “gave me life again.” But that transplant and her underlying health conditions put her at high risk for COVID-19.

Humana is committed to helping members like Jane achieve their best health and stay safe during this pandemic. That’s why we’re expanding telehealth coverage, encouraging the use of our mail order pharmacy, and waiving medical costs for coronavirus testing and treatment. It’s also why we waived all member cost sharing for primary care and outpatient behavioral health visits for Medicare Advantage members through 2020. We need all hands on deck to support members, and we are working to help provide solutions to meet this moment.
